“My group got stuck in Austin after flights home were cancelled on Tuesday night. Unfortunately for Ann, I caught her by phone as she was walking out of the office Tuesday night. That didn’t stop her. Ann was simply AMAZING!!! She was able to work with Southwest to get most of us (who hadn’t checked luggage) onto another flight as well as get a local hotel for all of us, including super shuttle instructions. She worked for about 2 hours getting us all situated and still gave me her cell phone number when she went home around 7. I appreciate the amazing work that ARTA Travel has provided for us and want to say thank you to all of you, but ANN really did an amazing job Tuesday night. Her customer service was way above and beyond her duties.”
